Last week, UNIFIL Italian peacekeepers donated a set of computer equipment to Saint Joseph School in Ein Ibl in south-western Lebanon.

The Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) donation, delivered on 30 October 2021, included 10 laptops, a high-capacity photocopier and stationery items. Around 800 students, from grade 1 to grade 9, are expected to benefit from the donation.

Sister Maya Beaino, directress of the School, expressed her gratitude for the support adding that the donation enhances the level of education in the school and the performance of both students and teachers.
