<p style="text-align:start"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="line-height:1.2">Since the onset of exchanges of fire along the Blue Line on October 8<sup>th</sup> of last year, the situation in south Lebanon has undergone drastic changes: widespread destruction, deaths, injuries, and large-scale displacement of the population. Adding to these transformations is the imminent threat posed by unexploded shells, mortars, rockets, and other types of bombs scattered across south Lebanon due to the ongoing violence, which has persisted for more than ten months.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
