UNIFIL’s Sector East Headquarters and the Nepalese Battalion, operating under the Sector Command, organized on Tuesday a blood donation event in Meiss Ej-Jebel, south Lebanon, in support of a public hospital there.

UNIFIL’s Sector East Headquarters carried out the “East Angel” exercise last week in order to evaluate the reaction of its components during emergency situations requiring casualty evacuation.

UNIFIL’s Nepalese Battalion (NEPBATT) commander Lieutenant Colonel Narayan Bahadur Thapa today inaugurated the project “Renovation of Basketball Court and School Garden” at Meiss Ej-Jebel Technical School.
