Indian doctors save badly burnt toddler

A medical team of UNIFIL’s Indian Battalion has saved the life of a toddler who had been badly burnt in a fire incident in Kafar Chouba, south-eastern Lebanon.

The Indian peacekeepers continued providing free medical assistance to the three-year-old boy, Ali Sad Udin, who suffered burns on his face, chest and arms.

He was first brought to the Indian UNIFIL facility three months ago and is now in stable condition after five visits to the facility.
