UNIFIL Head of Mission and Force Commander, Major General Michael Beary, today chaired a regular tripartite meeting with senior officials from the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) at the UN position at Ras Al Naqoura. 

UNIFIL’s Force Commander Reserve (FCR) in Deir Kifa, south Lebanon, hosted at its base a group of about 60 high school students from Jounieh in the north of Beirut last week.

UNIFIL’s Italian Air or ITALAIR hosted on Saturday a group of about 35 children from an orphanage in Tibnin, within UNIFIL’s area of operations in south Lebanon.
