UNIFIL Indonesian contingent recently equipped its hospital in the south-eastern Lebanese village of Adchit Al-Qusayr with a dental care unit that caters to the local population as well as fellow peacekeepers.
UNIFIL Spanish Peacekeepers continued with the UN Mission’s ongoing efforts to assist the host population in the common fight against COVID-19 pandemic by donating several medical equipment and sanitary supplies to the Meiss ej Jebel public hospital in south-eastern Lebanon.

With a rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country recently, UNIFIL peacekeepers have ramped up support to the host communities in southern Lebanon in their fight against the virus.
