黎巴嫩：古特雷斯谴责维和人员遇袭身亡 呼吁追究责任并维护停火

联合国秘书长 古特雷斯周四通过发言人发表声明，强烈谴责6月3日发生在联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队东区马尔吉永附近联合国阵地的一起迫击炮袭击事件。袭击造成一名塞尔维亚籍维和人员身亡，另有两名维和人员受伤。 古特雷斯向遇难维和人员的家人、朋友和同事，以及塞尔维亚政府和人民表示最深切的哀悼，并祝愿受伤人员早日康复。 古特雷斯指出，自2026年3月2日敌对行动升级以来，已有7名联黎部队维和人员遇难，另有数人受伤。他强调，针对维和人员的袭击必须停止。 古特雷斯表示，此类行为严重违反国际人道主义法和安理会第1701号决议，可能构成战争罪。他呼吁所有行为体履行国际法规定的义务，确保联合国人员的安全与安保，并维护联合国财产和资产的不可侵犯性。 他同时强调，所有针对维和人员的袭击都必须得到及时调查，并有效起诉和追究责任人的责任。 联黎部队展开调查 联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队表示，目前正在展开调查，“以查明导致这一悲剧事件的具体情况……暴力必须停止。” 联黎部队重申：…
