UNIFIL peacekeepers from the Republic of Korea unveiled the newly rebuilt and renovated Burj Rahal public school today, following two weeks of work to repair heavy damage from the recent conflict.  

Today, UNIFIL and the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) held a ceremony to pay their respects to Warrant Officer Class 1 George Ayim, a Ghanaian peacekeeper who died from cardiac arrest on 4 February 2025, while serving with UNIFIL.

Working in collaboration with the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), UNIFIL Spanish peacekeepers cleared three major obstacles on the road near Khiam, south-eastern Lebanon, earlier this week.
