UNIFIL peacekeepers and local officials jointly inaugurated a new water filtration plant, constructed with funding from Spanish peacekeepers, in Meiss Ej Jebel, south-eastern Lebanon, last week.

A UNIFIL-funded quick impact project was inaugurated last week at the Dayr Amis Municipality building in south Lebanon. The ceremony was attended by the Malaysian Contingent (MALBATT) Deputy Commander, the Mayor of Dayr Amis and other local authorities.
