Belgian troops bid farewell to south Lebanon

Belgian troops at the ceremony at At Tiri marking their departure from south Lebanon.

Belgian Minister for Defense, Mr. Steven Vandeput thanks his troops for their contributions to the peacekeeping efforts in south Lebanon.

UNIFIL Head of Mission and Force Commander, Maj.-Gen. Luciano Portolano thanks the Belgian troops for their exemplary contribution to UNIFIL’s mandate in south Lebanon.

Belgian peacekeepers take down and fold the Belgian flag at the end of the ceremony.

Belgian MoD, Mr. Vandeput receives a plaque from Tibnin orphanage in thanks for BELUBATT contribution.
